With 20 plus years of experience in the property valuation industry including 7 years conducting property valuations in Brisbane and 15 years specialising in valuations on the Gold Coast,  Ash brings a wealth of knowledge to the table.

Successfully conducting valuations for a diverse range of clients, including institutional, private, government, and banking entities, Ash's specialisation lies in valuations for mortgage security, acquisition, and financial reporting, with a specific focus on medium to high-density residential apartment developments and multi-stage land subdivisions in the Gold Coast and Northern NSW.

A certified practicing Valuer since 2001, Ash holds a dual membership with both the Australian Property Institute (API) as well as the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
