Ashan Ranmuthugala

An assistant valuer to Melbourne's Residential Development team, Ashan assists qualified valuers across a range of development projects including small and large scale residential developments, proposed development site valuations and englobo subdivisions.

Ashan is currently completing his Bachelor of Property and Real Estate at Deakin University.

Outside of work and study, Ashan loves to spend his downtime watching the football with friends.
