Bianca Tabone

Bianca became a Certified Practising Valuer in 2025 after completing our Assistant Valuer Program alongside her Bachelor of Property Economics at the University of Technology Sydney.

Mentored by Residential Development Director Ray Laoulach, Bianca gained broad experience across residential development projects, building a strong foundation in the preparation of detailed valuation reports and feasibility models for a diverse range of advisory and construction funding assignments.

Bianca now applies her structured methodology, meticulous attention to detail, and strong technical skills to valuation and advisory services across Greater Sydney, specialising in Prestige Residential, small to medium residential development mortgage valuations, and In One Line valuations.
