Brigitta Pal

Brigitta completed her Bachelor of Property Valuation in June 2020 and achieved Certified Practising Valuer status in 2023 after three years of mentorship under Peter Wiltshire within the Residential Development team as part of our Assistant Valuer Programme.

Brigitta brings extensive expertise in property and market research, specialising in valuations for Stamp Duty and Capital Gains Tax purposes, prestige residential properties, small to medium residential developments, and In One Line valuations for both mortgage and advisory purposes.

Her achievements extend beyond technical capability. Brigitta was awarded the Ray White Commercial Network Rising Star in 2024, actively contributes as a member of the Australian Property Institute Young Property Professionals Committee, and is a passionate advocate for Women in Property across the industry.
