Lauren has over 12 years professional experience in the property industry as a valuer and property economist. She is a Certified Practicing Valuer, an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute and a registered licensed Valuer in Queensland and Western Australia.

Lauren has a strong interest in the development of social and affordable housing and enjoys the challenge of complex valuations for Just Terms compensation matters and development feasibility.

Lauren’s expertise ranges from property valuations across all asset classes, compulsory acquisition valuations for (Just Terms Compensation), development planning including highest and best use, feasibility, acquisition and divestment, Voluntary Planning Agreements and Planning Proposals as well as research and data analysis.
