Bringing over 25 years of experience across property valuation, rural and agribusiness advisory, water entitlements, land management and environmental assessment, Michael specialises in rural and regional property across Southern, Central and Western NSW and North East Victoria.

Based in Albury, Michael combines extensive regional market knowledge with specialist expertise across agricultural property, agribusiness assets, water and environmental considerations. His regional capability is supported by the resources, market intelligence and specialist expertise of Ray White Valuations’ national network.

His broad range of expertise spans broadacre dryland and irrigated farming, pastoral grazing, horticulture, vineyards and orchards, beef cattle feedlots, dairy assets, grain storage and other specialist agribusiness infrastructure.

Michael also has specialist experience in the valuation of water entitlements and property rights across NSW and Victoria. His broader rural and regional experience includes environmental and biodiversity properties, development and englobo land, quarries and extractive industries, renewable energy and telecommunications infrastructure.

His valuation and advisory work includes mortgage security, acquisition and disposal, financial reporting, portfolio valuation, due diligence, statutory valuation and objection matters, compulsory acquisition and compensation, easements and partial interests, family law and estate matters and expert witness assignments.

Michael has advised banks, private lenders, government agencies, developers, landowners and agribusiness operators. His previous public-sector experience with the NSW Department of Lands also provides a strong understanding of land management, land-use assessment, environmental considerations and the broader factors that can influence rural and regional property value.

Michael holds AAPI (CPV) and Accredited Specialist Water Valuer accreditations, as well as a Bachelor of Land Economics and Graduate Certificate in Irrigation. His combination of valuation expertise, agricultural knowledge and regional market experience enables him to provide independent, commercially grounded advice across complex rural and regional property assignments.
