Michael Simson

With a wealth of experience from his time working throughout South East Queensland, Michael has worked with clients ranging from institutional developers and large corporates to smaller boutique developers and investors, as well as not-for-profits and housing providers.

Specialising in Residential Development, Michael has previously worked on multi-staged subdivisions, large-scale townhouse complexes, multi-storey unit buildings, and build-to-rent.

Mixed-use developments, prestige residential and residential investment holdings (in-one-line, residual stock, flats, rooming accommodation etc.) are also in his remit.

In addition to his role as a certified practicing valuer, Michael also serves as the State Director for Queensland, further highlighting his leadership and influence in the industry. Michael’s responsibilities extend to overseeing and guiding the Queensland team, showcasing his strategic vision for the growth and success of the business.

When not in the office Michael enjoys getting out on the trails and hiking with his kids.
