Nathaniel has worked in the valuation industry since 2006, gaining his official Certified Practising Valuer status in 2010.

Nathaniel has extensive experience in valuing residential property inclusive of residential development feasibility reports, large acreage rural residential, just terms assessments and insurance assessments.

Add to that, commercial property including service stations (lessor interest and going concern), retail, office, bulky goods and industrial reports and rental assessments, Nathaniel has a notable Government portfolio including Defence Housing Authority (DHA), ACT Housing, ACT Schools Bulk Valuation and High Commission work.

Nathaniel’s leisure activities are almost as extensive as his impressive career achievements with him enjoying walking, café culture (namely, coffee!), beach-going and socialising with friends in his downtime.
