Holding a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Property) and over a decade of industry experience, Peter brings extensive expertise in the valuation of residential development sites and established residential assets in both urban and regional property markets across New South Wales. 

Specialising in medium and high-density residential and mixed-use developments, land subdivisions, and build-to-rent projects, Peter provides a broad range of valuation services including mortgage valuations for financial institutions, pre-acquisition and pre-disposal advice, valuations for accounting and financial reporting, "as is" and "as if complete" valuations with feasibility studies, as well as offering expert assistance with land tax objections and land value uplift assessments.
