Ross Murray

Appointed Head of the Queensland Residential Development Valuations team, Ross brings over 15 years of experience in the property valuation industry, providing expert valuation and advisory services to institutional, private, Government, family law and banking clients.

Ross specialises in valuations for mortgage security, acquisition, financial reporting, stamp duty, gross realisation and In One Line assessments for a range of residential development projects including medium to high rise apartment developments, townhouse developments, land subdivisions, and residential projects throughout Queensland.  Ross also provides advisory services for Build-to-Rent, englobo land and civil infrastructure projects.

Holding dual qualifications in Information Technology (Software Applications) and a Bachelor of Property, Ross combines his technical and property knowledge to implement efficient, process-driven systems that optimise the valuation workflow. His meticulous attention to detail and technical proficiency enable him to deliver robust, commercially grounded valuation advice, establishing him as a trusted and respected advisor across Queensland’s property and finance sectors.
